Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, Seek & Hide will accept returns or exchanges on unworn and undamaged goods with tags attached in saleable condition minus any shipping charges. Item(s) must be returned within 28 days of purchase with details of reason for return and customer name. If you want an exchange, please state the item you would like us to send you instead. Returns cannot be accepted on Sale items unless faulty.
Please note that the postage costs for a return or exchange will need to be covered by the customer unless goods are faulty, so we recommend that you use an insured service.
